We believe in a very proactive recruitment processs. Here at Léger and Moon Volleyball, we activley reach out to college coaches vouching for the athletes we work with by email, text, call, or even social media DM. Through consistent outreach, we will begin to see lots of opportunities present themselves for our athletes.
1 on 1 Guidance / Zoom Calls / Informative PDFs
We are very personable and work 1 on 1 with each athlete. We design a custom plan specifically for each athlete and family to help them achieve what they are looking for. We make sure to go over where our athlete stands with each program they are interacting with and give them a plan / proper guidance on how to move forward with each school to achieve their goals of receiving an offer to play at the next level!
Help create a Recruiting Profile
Social Media can be a great resource / tool for athletes going through the recruitment process. Our team guides our athletes on how to set up / run their social media accounts to get their name in front of college coaches. We will teach you what to post, how to post, and even when to post. Our strategies have helped our athletes receive full ride scholarships that have started from social media!
Help Create Unlimited Highlight Reels
Our team creates unlimited highlight reels for all of our athletes at their request. Have new film? Perfect, send it over and we will have it made for you ASAP!
Workout & Meal Plan
We provide our athletes with a specialized workout & meal plan at their request that allows them to elevate their game to the next level. The weightroom & diet is a huge staple for all college programs so we want all of our athletes prepared for what is in store!
24/7 Communication / Mental Performance Training
We are available to connect with our athletes & families 24/7 (even weekends). Alongside consistent support and reassurance throughout their recruitment journey, we will share tips and advice that we want our athletes to use to stay mentally strong throughout the course of their volleyball careers. We want all our athletes to have someone they can talk to!

Arty Léger
Owner of Léger and Moon Volleyball.
Arty is a former college athlete that went through the recruitment process with a D3, D2, D1, & Juco. After going through this journey, he was able to completley understand the ins and outs of the recruitment process.
